Shipping and orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to eligible U.S. addresses. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. International shipping is not available at this time.

When is shipping free?

Standard U.S. shipping is free when your eligible order subtotal is $60 or more. Discounts may change whether an order qualifies. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.

What does shipping cost below $60?

Standard shipping is weight-based: $3.99 up to 0.6 lb; $5.99 over 0.6 lb to 1 lb; $9.99 over 1 lb to 5 lb; and $14.99 over 5 lb. Orders sent in separate packages may have combined shipping charges. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When will my order arrive?

Processing and delivery times depend on the item and destination. We cannot guarantee an arrival date. We will email tracking information when it becomes available, and items may arrive in separate packages.

Can I change my order or address?

Please review your order and delivery address before payment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Returns and help

What is your return window?

For eligible U.S. orders placed on or after September 20, 2026, request a return within 7 days of delivery. Orders placed earlier remain subject to the terms offered at purchase. Items must meet our return conditions. Read the full Return Policy before sending anything back.

How do I request a return or get help?

Email hello@fashioncoquette.com with your order number and the details of your request. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can help.
